She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Campbell University and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Clinical Counseling from Methodist University.

Reagan takes an eclectic approach to therapy, recognizing that every individual’s experiences, strengths, and needs are unique. Grounded in a person-centered perspective, she integrates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients achieve meaningful growth and lasting change. She is also a trained EMDR therapist and enjoys utilizing EMDR to support clients in processing traumatic and adverse life experiences.

At the heart of Reagan’s work is the belief that healing happens within a strong therapeutic relationship built on empathy, trust, and unconditional positive regard. She strives to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. By adapting her approach to meet each client’s unique needs, Reagan partners with individuals on their journey toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and personal growth.

Reagan works with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions and adjustment challenges, communication difficulties, self-esteem concerns, body image issues, peer pressure, and LGBTQ+ related challenges. She has experience working with children ages 10 and older, adolescents, and adults. Reagan is particularly passionate about supporting children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and enjoys helping this population build confidence, navigate challenges, and thrive. She also has a special interest in working with teens and emerging adults who are facing life transitions, friendship difficulties, bullying, self-esteem concerns, and the pressures that often accompany adolescence and young adulthood.

Outside of the therapy room, Reagan enjoys spending time with her beloved pets, Draco and Ollie, reading, relaxing at the beach or pool, and making memories with friends and family. These experiences help her stay grounded and bring warmth, authenticity, and balance to her work with clients.
